Submit and Architectural Request
Prior to making any change to the exterior of the building or lot on which your condo is located, the Association requires the Board of Directors to issue written approval. This restriction is intended to ensure a consistent and pleasing aesthetic is maintained within the community, helping to protect the property values of each and every Owner. In order to seek architectural approval, please complete the below form and submit along with any necessary supporting documents (supporting documents will need to be emailed directly to greg@amcassociation.com). If you would rather complete the form by hand and mail it in, you may do so using the link below.
